Our history
It was in 1946 that this Geneva Champignonnière located in the woods of Cartigny was born.
For the time being, we have selected the gray oyster mushroom as well as the Shiitake (Lentinus edodes).
Thanks to our proximity, we offer first quality merchandise,
picked less than 24 hours before delivery.

Selection of gray oyster mushrooms
The oyster mushroom is an excellent source of B vitamins (especially vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B9). It also contains copper, iron, zinc and phosphorus. On the other hand, the oyster mushroom contains up to 5 times more protein than most vegetables.
Shiitake selection
Shiitake is a mushroom with excellent nutritional value, having the property of stimulating the immune system. It has been used for millennia in traditional Chinese medicine. During the Ming dynasty, it was nicknamed "the elixir of long life".
